From the North via the I-190
• Take the 190 South to Exit 8 Niagara Street
• Turn right on Niagara Street
• Continue into Niagara Square (circle)(3rd signal)
• Turn right on Court Street (2nd signal)
• Cross both Franklin and Pearl (2nd signal)
• Our building is on the left side at the corner of Main and Court.
From Interstate 90 East or West
• Take Interstate 90 to exit 53 (190 N.)
• Travel to Exit 7 - Church Street
• Take Church St. to the signal at Delaware (2nd signal)
• Turn left on Delaware which will lead to Niagara Square (a circle)
• Follow the circle around to Court St. (1st signal)
• Turn right on Court St. - cross both Franklin and Pearl
• Our building is on the left side at the corner of Main and Court.
From the South via Rt. 5:
• Route 5 exits onto Delaware.
• Continue straight until you come to Niagara Square (the circle)
• Follow the circle around to Court St. (1st Traffic light)
• Turn right on Court St. - cross both Franklin and Pearl
• Our building is on the left side at the corner of Main and Court.
From Albany/Syracuse:
• Take the Interstate 90 to exit 53 (190 N)
• Travel to Exit 7 - Church Street
• Take Church St. to the signal at Delaware (2nd signal)
• Turn left on Delaware which will to lead Niagara Square (a circle)
• Follow the circle around to Court St. (1st Traffic light)
• Turn right on Court St. - cross both Franklin and Pearl
• Our building is on the left side at the corner of Main and Court.
Parking: There is an open parking lot and the Fernbach Parking Ramp at Court & Franklin.
Directions from the Buffalo International Airport
• Travel westerly on the Kensington Expressway (Route 33) into downtown Buffalo
• As you are just about to enter into the downtown Buffalo area, exit the Kensington Expressway on Goodell. Continue traveling westerly
• After you cross Main Street traveling westerly on Goodell, turn left onto Pearl Street.
• Travel southerly on Pearl Street to the intersection of Pearl Street and Court Street.
• At the southwest corner of the intersection at Pearl and Court, there is a parking lot and a little further southerly, a parking ramp. This will be on your right just across Court Street as you are traveling southerly on Pearl.
Park at either the parking lot or ramp.
• Walk to Court Street. Cross Pearl Street and Court Street to get to the northeast corner of the intersection. Our building is at the northeast corner of Court and Pearl. Since you do not have a security pass, you need to enter from Main Street which is at the east end of the building.
• Walk easterly along Court Street to the intersection of Court and Main.
• Make a left turn on Main and walk to the entrance of our building, 438 Main Street.
• Take the escalator to the mezzanine.
• At the mezzanine, take an elevator the 10th floor. We are at the 10th floor.

• Turn RIGHT onto William St.
• Turn SLIGHT RIGHT.

From the North
• Take I-190 South to the New York State Thruway I-90 East.
• Take the I-90 East to William Street exit, exit #52A
• Turn RIGHT onto William St.
